Walter, Jenny and the Christmas Carolers (2024)
Walter, Jenny and the Christmas Carolers is a short, silent, Christmas-themed, drama, comedy film by Dean Attari. Walter, from Walter’s Bad Day, Good Morning Walter, and Walter's Internal Battle wants to help Jenny, his friend's grandchild, have a nice Christmas because he knows what it is like to spend the Holidays alone and does not want her to go through it miserably.
Synopsis
On Christmas Eve, Walter, a laborer in his mid-30s, has been urgently asked by his friend/neighbour to look after his young granddaughter, Jenny, because her parents need to take him to a hospital due to an illness which may force them to spend the night there. Noticing Jenny's sadness and knowing what being alone during Christmas is like, Walter takes her to a store to buy her a present. At the store, after being entertained by the store's workers who are two Christmas Carolers, a thief attacks the store and steals the valuable soccer ball that Walter was going to buy for Jenny (which Jenny seemed to want also). Now, Walter needs to work with the two Christmas Carolers to get the ball back, ensure Jenny's happy Christmas and prevent the store from losing a valuable item for sale.
